1. Crunches:

Now How to do
- Lie on a Yoga mat flat with your knees bent and feet on the ground as shown in the above image.
- With hands behind your head or keep them crossed on your chest.
- Inhale deeply and slowly lift your legs & upper body.

Precautions
While performing crunches, do not go into full sit-up position, instead slowly just raise few inches from the ground, so that you ensure don't hurt your back.
